1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vipph24 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the vipph24 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the vipph24 Platform. vipph24 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the vipph24 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from the vipph24 Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of vipph24 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.

vipph24 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the vipph24 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. vipph24 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. vipph24 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph24 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify vipph24 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. vipph24 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

vipph24 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by vipph24 as part of the KYC process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vipph24 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your vipph24 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vipph24 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipph24 account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to change. vipph24 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is prohibited in accordance with current Philippine payment regulations. The use of any cryptocurrency for deposits or withdrawals is also strictly prohibited on the vipph24 Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vipph24 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be used first in gameplay unless otherwise stated;
• vipph24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the vipph24 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures for each game are accurate to the best of vipph24's knowledge and are provided for informational purposes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vipph24 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. vipph24's decision in such matters is final. Bets placed after a technical error has occurred may be voided at vipph24's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the vipph24 Platform:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in collusion, cheating, fraud, or any other form of dishonest play;
• Attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity;
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

vipph24 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts. vipph24 may also report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

vipph24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set number of hours of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the vipph24 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph24 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of vipph24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the vipph24 Platform without the prior written consent of vipph24.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph24 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

vipph24's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph24 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vipph24 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or any content thereon.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vipph24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vipph24 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the vipph24 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipph24 Platform shall first be submitted to vipph24's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
